serobinson7 sorry it took me a couple extra days to ship your hat. I own store in our town and we had 3 ft of snow come down in about 24 hrs. and I spent 3 day shuttling employees to and from work, shoveling out the store and working for the employees who could make it. And your purchase was the first day of the storm. I usually am able to get things out within 24 hours. I deeply apologize for the inconvenience. Posh mark does not make it easy to reach out to customers when situations like this arise.
