Hi there, you recently purchased a pair of Lululemon pants from me that I inadvertently listed as an xl that were an xxl. I am so sorry! I will absolutely take them back and refund you. I haven’t been reselling very long and am not sure how to initiate a return but if you can do so please do. I am very sorry for my error and the frustration it caused.

@kkeelin1967 Thank you for responding. I am super new as well and couldn't for the life of me figure out how to contact you directly. I would love to return them if possible, which I am so sad about. My husband loved them but they were just way too big! I am so sorry for for trouble!

@lshilts85 no problem at all. I sent a message to PoshMark’s customer service to ask them how to go about doing that. In the meantime I will check my good friend Google to see what they say. I’ll be back in touch soon.

@lshilts85 select your account tab (@username), select ‘my purchases,’ select your order, select ‘problems/inquiry, select order not as described, choose reason for return and then hit submit. That should do it - let me know if it works.

@kkeelin1967 I tried that earlier and I think I messed it all up when I accepted the purchase. I should've looked over them better but I literally opened the package and put them right into our suitcase without even unfolding them🤦♀️

@lshilts85 I heard back from Poshmark and they said that since the item was accepted it is too late to return through them. If you want to mail it back to me I will refund you through a payment app including the cost of your return shipping. Will that work?
