susanhess I don't understand the problem. My old Amex was canceled due to a fraud purchase and they issued a new one which I sent in right away. I will enter a Visa one but they have a serious problem which hurts us both.

susanhess I just added a Visa . This is not a good thing . They seem to be very slow as well. I am done . I know and will like the jacket but this is too much if you understand.
