in_astris Suzanne, I am so so sorry about the condition your blouse came in. The pictures were taken about a week before you purchased the blouse. I truly did not notice snags, yellowing on the collar or cuffs and I promise there were no stains when I sent it out to you. As you can see from the pictures, the blouse was in really great condition and I don’t know what happened between me packing it and you receiving it that could have caused that.

in_astris Something in the packaging perhaps?? Regardless, I feel terrible and am deeply sorry at the condition of the blouse when you received it. Is there a comparable blouse in my closet I can send to you (on my dime) that can make up for the condition of the blouse?

tendermiasma I appreciate your offer and your willingness to make up for it, but it was a pretty unique-looking shirt and it doesn’t feel right to take you up on something free without documenting the damage with pictures (I already tried my best to remove the stains). As far as I can tell the packaging did not appear damaged so I hope you can understand my reluctance. Thank you for your time, though.
