missionposhable Hi Sydney! I hope all is well on your end 😬. It seems it’s been difficult to ship the item I purchased 7 days ago. I wonder if you could just cancel the order? I’m sure you will still sell the set, probably for a great price. Is it possible to cancel the order on your end?

missionposhable @sydneyrennie yes, this is why you put in the app when you’ve shipped something. Drop it at the post office, then update the purchase as “shipped. Then it shows as awaiting tracking scan. Once it’s shipped, the buyer can’t cancel. It didn’t show up as awaiting scan, therefore, it’s still at the PO if you dropped it there. It has not been processed.
