treasures1000 @shelsley92 Hello! I am having a huge problem using poshmark and I don't know what's going on. I first started using my acct yesterday. I was originally gonna use it to sell some of my better barely-worn & new clothing that no longer fits me. But, then I began surfing the site & decided to treat myself to a few MK presents as an after-surgery gift to myself. I made one successful buy from "ibdshoequeen", and then I began negotiating another bag with "diala1987". (continued next page)

treasures1000 @shelsley92 Page 2: *Simultaneously, I was lso busy changing my acct name to something friendlier & more laidback than "tsluxuries" -- so I chose the user name "treasures1000". I also uploaded a different profile pic to go with that. While negotiating with diala1987 (I was literally just about to accept her offer of 140 for a specific bag set), I also accepted the final offer from a seller named "pbgscloset" for a larger MK bag set.

treasures1000 @shelsley92 Page 3 (((I was having such a good time treating myself for the 1st time in years!))) Pbgscloset accepted my agreement on her lowest price, and sent me a message saying it would ship right away. BUT....... a couple hours later when I returned to my laptop, there was a message from pbgscloset telling me that "something went wrong, maybe with my credit card, so she cancelled the transaction".

treasures1000 @shelsley92 Page 4: Mystified, I called my bank & they said my card was fine. So I tried to contact pbgscloset to ask her to please put it thru again, that there was some sort of error... However the site would not allow me to correspond with her at all. Then I went back to buy the other bag from Diala1987, and the site said I wasn't allowed to bid or contact that seller either!

treasures1000 @shelsley92 Page 5: So I searched the site for some way to contact Poshmark Customer Svce, and I found where you can email them. I emailed Cust Svce, who told me that my account had been FROZEN because my purchases & activities looked "suspicious". (ugh)

I spent all of last night & this morning emailing back & forth with Poshmark Cust Svce, sending them copies of my bank statement & everything but my birth certificate... and they finally apologized for "the inconvenience" and reactivated my account. So.. I was very relieved.

treasures1000 @shelsley92 Page 7: The first things I did was to try to re-open bidding on both the bag sets I missed out on last night because of all this. BUT.... The site STILL will not allow me to comment on the bag's pages, and it won't let me bid on the bags!! I am totally flabberghasted!!!!! I wrote to Cust Sce AGAIN, telling them what is now going on, but they are not replying to me.

But right now there are 2 specific bags that I really have been wanting forever -- and I can't believe I can't even contact the sellers anymore!! I don't know why this is happening.

Today they apologized for the inconvenience & said my acct was reactivated & "Happy Poshing". BUT the site is not letting me bid on your page!
