carolyn1975 @tambraanderson they can't release until you accept the package. I'll message the help center. originally they held funds because the shipment had to be sent back. I'll check with them

tambraanderson @carolyn1975 I sent the help center asking why you haven’t been paid because you made the order right and if there was anything else I needed to do. They took the money before I even received the wrong shoes and have not issued a refund... There is not a place for me to accept the correct shipment. I apologize but I paid with the original order.... Hopefully they will pay you soon... Please let me know if I need to do anything else...
