@heyitskelso so it will ship 6 or 7 days after I purchased it? That’s a problem for me. Had I known about the delay, I wouldn’t have bought the bag. I’m leaving town so one of my assistants will have to deal with making sure the bag is either signed for or picked up from the post office. I need my assistants running my business, not chasing bags. Plus I wanted the bag to take on my trip.

Our flight got cancelled and we had to reschedule our flight to a new day. So I called my aunt and she went ahead and got the purse shipped out for me yesterday. We arrived this morning and I haven’t had a chance to contact you back because we had a lot happening. I’m so so so sorry!! This was my fault for not warning you about us being out of town.

@heyitskelso No, I never received the purse. I would have been fine waiting longer to receive it but I never even got a tracking number that it had shipped. I ordered it 12 days ago so I didn’t know what else to do but cancel the order. If the purse miraculously shows up I’ll either send it back to you or send you the money for it. I’m really sorry I cancelled the order but I spent over $1,000 on this purse, at the very least I should have had a tracking number after 12 days.

@tamera_clark yeah it’s very odd. So my aunt said today when she goes to drop off another package she is going to check in to see what’s happening with the package and if sis thing went wrong or if it just got delayed somehow and I’ll keep you posted.
Sorry this is happening, like I said, I’ve never had these issues before so I am just as bummed out :/..... sorry again. Hopefully this can still work out for both of us.

They didn’t give much detail but they said it was delayed during transit on their end and they apologized for the delay, they said it’d arrive by Friday or we could send it back to me since it was still in transit. (I had it send back to me since u have a refund). I’m glad that I can get the purse back. I’m also so so embarrassed that this all happened. Sorry again. I hope this never happens again! And thank you for your patience.

I was about to ship your Chanel glasses out this morning but Poshmark never sent the shipping label as they always do.. then i found out that their system for label creating is down. @treetree16 I think it may have happened while it was being authenticated, but what a terrible mistake to make! I was able to clean the lipstick off the bag but the dust bag is ruined.Posh doesn’t have a way for me to upload pictures in a message but I can email them to you if you send me your address. I reached out to posh but their customer service is less than stellar. Ruined dust bag aside, the purse is very cute!
