shegotthagoods I’m so sorry you were not happy with your purchase. I had no indication that these shoes were in bad shape. I did an assessment as I do with all shoes I source for resale and did not notice any issues. I can assure you it was not intentional and wish you had opened a case to return for full refund.

tammicarte @shegotthagoods I feel the product was misrepresented. I didn’t bother submitting a return because why should I have to pay return postage. I appreciate that you responded, but I would have appreciated it more for you to have full disclosure before I made an offer.

shegotthagoods @tammicarte again sorry you feel that way, because again I fully disclose any issues I see. These were not my shoes as I am a reseller and I take pride in my products. So once more I’m sorry you were disappointed in your purchase. You would not have had to pay return postage if you proved the shoes were in the Condition you stated. I’m not here to argue or am I saying that you may not have found issues I overlooked....

shegotthagoods @tammicarte I process hundreds of shoes a week. If you read my reviews you will see many are extremely satisfied with their purchase... so I understand in any business there is always bound to be a few that slip through the cracks and yours may have been one... and if that’s the case truly sorry and by no means did I intentionally misrepresent. My pictures are taken in natural lighting and take many angles and point out very minor details to ensure fully disclose.

I’ve purchased many many items over the past two weeks and some were disappointments but most were successful. I was disappointed with my purchase from you because of the condition. I don’t believe you meant any malice. Buying from Poshmark just might not be for me.
