@acschaum Thank you. Was notified I had to update payment info!!! But I am getting all other posh orders through just fine. Not sure what the issue is. Have checked in with posh and am awaiting their reply

@sarascar huh, that’s strange! I had it happen to me once when I got a new debit card. That’s weird that other orders are going through though. Or maybe your card company declined due to several poshmark transactions if it’s not the norm? Reaching out to your card company may be more helpful...lately poshmark has been a little slower to respond. Lmk if there’s anything I can do on my end and hope it works out! I can ship tomorrow with enough notice.

@acschaum Thank you Tammy. . I did check with my card company and they have the transaction processed. No problem on their end. So I am left with the big question, why the notification🤔? Hopefully it does not cause the order to slow down. Wanted you to be aware of what was happening on my end. Let me know if things stall. Otherwise I hope we can just attribute it to halloween🎃

@acschaum Does it look normal from your end? And thank you for getting it squared away and ready to go. Oh yes, and to add to it all we are both Tammys😳😆. No hurry on sending but I want to consider your interest as well. Maybe all is good and there was a glitch in whatever system notified me. I will check back with you if I hear anything. I am fairly new at all this so I am pretty confounded right now.

It says that I’ve “accepted” (your offer), but that’s there’s a “payment issue” which means that there’s nothing I can do from my end. It might be that your bank held the funds but for whatever reason hasn’t released them? Or that it’s a poshmark glitch... either way I haven’t seen this where the bank took the funds but the sale didn’t go through! I’ve been selling for a few years!

@acschaum Hi Amanda.. Yes it is the red stadium coat. Saw that the sale was cancelled. Probably best until whatever the glitch is resolved. Posh provides no phone support so waiting for the e mail. Although this sale did not go through, if you would like I will let you know what the snag was when I find out.🤨

@acschaum I found out! I called my card company again to ensure the charged had been removed as the transaction was cancelled. This customer service representative explained there was a delay in approving the charge as the amount was outside the norm according to their computer parameters so a temporary hold was attached to this purchase. The customer service person I originally spoke with did not advise me of that😖 advising no blocks for posh were on. Geez!

@sarascar ahh, what an ordeal! I’m glad that they gave you the right info this time. My bank does things like that too. At least they’re trying to protect us! Well the coat is still for sale, so if you want to submit another offer I can accept and ship. Did you ask if they would run the purchase if you tried again?

What comes up is a page for counter offers. Is that mechanism the correct one to re offer and if the offer is the same does it kick it out because a counter offer cannot be the same as the original?
