tropicaltammy29 @rnubani: Thanks! I wasn't signed in when I found the item so it was offering $3.99 shipping. Then when I signed in to buy, the shipping changed to $7.67 as I'm not a 1st time buyer. I figured I'd make the offer to offset the shipping so that sounds good to me :)
