blueluxestyle Re: packaging. Your shoes were double wrapped (tissue paper & plastic packaging) w/ additional stuffing in the box, & placed in a BRAND NEW USPS Box at the P.O. Since I am not a postal employee & have no control once the package leaves my hands, I'm surprised that my rating was lowered based on POSTAL SERVICE handling. If, however, your item was damaged in any way in transit, please inform Poshmark and I will be happy to refund in full. Enjoy your day.

I shipped the boots the day after you ordered them, unfortunately I have no control over USPS once they are shipped.
