rosieb3 Tanja I am so sorry I am Mortified! My roommate knocked over a bottle of red wine this morning right by my packages and where the boots were sitting and the boots got covered! I am so so sorry! I can't believe it! If there is any other items in my closet I can discount for you or something I can do to make it up please let me know. I am so sorry again

rosieb3 Yes again I'm sorry, it was a total fluke accident we live in a TINY apartment. I'm now down a pair of pricy boots! Please don't let this ruin your posh experience- this is literally a 1 out of 100 thing that can happen with these transactions. This is a great app with a great community! and, when one of my previous purchases was cancelled I got my money back within 2 days so hopefully you will too! Sorry again.

pfaelzer79girl There is no 7 1/2 in UGG's. I had UGG's before and I know my size. They do not fit!! Yo will get them and now this costs me shipping and I will need to get reimbursed for that!!!
