I know you mentioned that you were including a gift with the shoes. Did I miss it in the packing material? I was so excited about the shoes. I have an identical pair that I have had repaired twice and to finally find a replacement pair was great. Either way, it was a pleasure working with you. I appreciate that so much. I received so many compliments on the booties this morning when I arrived at work. At lunch looked down at the boot and thought ….hmmmm what's that on the shoe? Oh my goodness the shoe was cracked and peeling! I don't think you would have discovered the problem unless you wore the shoe prior to sending them. It happens. Again, I appreciate the refund.

I sent a note to customer support (2 actually). The note they sent back implies that I did not receive my order. I made it clear that the order was received. I don't want there to be any misunderstanding.
