Hi! I'm Tanya. Life hasn’t been easy but after years of battling with depression, I finally got myself back. With the help of therapy, podcasts and videos, but more so my willingness to stop resisting change, to change my negative mindset and letting go of fear. Now, I would love to spread the word one day that you can overcome depression but it all starts with you! Also, I have a rescue dog, her name is Stella. She has been my ride or die!
