@bkbstar11 - I’m so sorry — you will be receipt the wrong item — jeans — your hat was sent to another posher. She opened a case and is sending me back the hat. Please open a case when you receive jeans and request they be sent back to me so I can get jeans to person who purchased them and Nike hat to you.

@tlclosmore- cont’d I think you were both from the same state so I must have mixed it up.
I am so embarrassed as I have sold and sent over 300 items and never have I made this mistake. Please accept my apologies and please “open a case” on app and let poshmark know so they can send you label to either send directly back to me or to the buyer. I’m not exactly sure how this works as this has never happened to me before. - kindly, Kim

@tlclosmore - I just heard from the other posher who received your jeans — that they finally arrived today. She is going to open a case and get the jeans sent back to me. As soon as I have both items back, I’ll let you know, so you can let me know how/if you’d like to proceed with the jeans purchase. Again, I’m so sorry for this mix up. Kim

I just wanted to give you and update on the jeans as I just received a message from @bkbstar11 (who’s order got mixed up with yours) let me know she just finally had a chance to get to post office to mail the jeans back. Thank you for mailing the hat back - I received a message that they just arrived at my husband’s local business (I use that address for poshmark)...so I’ll keep you posted on when the jeans arrive.
