btbnoel @geminimah Yes thank you for responding I was quite disappointed I haven’t decided whether or not I will return it. The packaging was very poor and there was an artificial fingernail that popped off of somebody’s hand in the bag as well quite disgusting.

geminimah please send pics. That's the bag it came in when I bought it and never looked in it when I took it out. I never wore the bracelet because I have larger wrists and it didn't fit well. I used a jewelry cloth on it and it looked good when I shipped it. Send me pics.
