Sellers like myself take a lot of pride in what we sell on this app. If you’re buying something that specifically states that it is USED, please ask questions before purchasing. I am not here to get one over on anyone. I do my best to take excellent photos & write descriptions that truly represent the condition of my items...

When a listing says “please ask questions”, then you should ask them. And when you’re buying something for 75% off, you need to know that it isn’t going to be in perfect condition. I’ve sold 192 items on here and only twice has this happened before. It’s a waste of my time and something that can totally be avoided. I’m not trying to be rude...I just want to let you know for future purchases. As for your bundle, I am fine with PM letting you return it if that is what they decide.

Honestly, I only accepted the low offer bc i was trying to be nice. But just know that I will have to take the time to completely relist both items as there is no way to make a listing available again after it is sold. So, just to recap, if you are unsure about the quality of an item, please ask questions before purchasing. It saves everyone a bunch of time that way. Poshmark is a great community and it sucks when this stuff happens.

@wantsandneeds sweet heart don’t assume that I’m new. I had an issue on this app similar to this. I took a break and decided to give another try. First off, yes the pictures were great. I’ll credit you that. The cheetah slip ons were not my concern. The heels you listed as “EC” came with more issues than listed.. how is one suppose to ask questions on issues that are not visible until the purchased items arrive? You can’t.

So, what’s your argument? There isn’t one. I am not impressed with the discount, I’m not impressed with your description of gently used shoes that are NOT gently used. If I’m going to spend $50 on something used, it needs to look like I paid for my buck. Considering how much time you invest trying to make money off this site I’m not surprised that what I received isn’t as listed.

Your tips are as hollow as the business cards you put in the box. I won’t be buying from your closet again. You’re not a professional, you’re another seller attempting to create a boutique out of USED clothes. The sad part about this is, I really enjoyed your closet.

I’m a grateful buyer, I stick w/ closets that aren’t over priced & usually, EUC, NWT/NWOT and what I offered as a bundle was PERFECT, scratch that, GENEROUS for the quality of these shoes. However, with all this being said, I won’t be returning the shoes so, there is not any bad blood.
