posher_synthia Hello, I noticed that the shipping details show your package wasn’t delivered. Is this true? I shipped on 12/18 with 5 other packages and all were delivered but yours? It says it still at post office in San Jose. If you haven’t received it please let me know and I’ll do all I can on my end to find out why your package is at post office for so long. I’ve never had this issue but some kind of answers should be available.

posher_synthia @t_hare I will go to post office tomorrow where I shipped it from to obtain some answers. If i can retrieve the package i will ship it via FedEx to you and pay for it. I’m truly so sorry this has happened.

posher_synthia @t_hare hi. So I went to post office today and was able to retrieve the address to the post office where the package is stuck at. I wasn’t able to get a reason why but the post office is approximately 45 min to hour from me so I will go tomorrow on my way home from taking my daughter to dialysis treatment. Hoping I’m able to obtain the package and re-ship to you with different carrier. I will update you tomorrow. 👍🏼

posher_synthia @t_hare hello, I went to post office 2 times & was unsuccessful to get package. The 1st time they said I had to go back when a manager was there & I did & then they told me I can’t retrieve an item already shipped. 🤦🏻‍♀️

posher_synthia They said they are backed up & shipments are just taking longer. I felt like they just didn’t want to help me. I was told by a friend she had a similar issue & the person receiving the pkg can file a claim with the carrier. you can do it online. I’m going to reach poshmark customer service & ask if they can help?

posher_synthia Hi...so I reached out to poshmark customer service and explained the situation of your order requesting a refund to your account. They have approved and marked the order lost by carrier. You may still receive the order but I feel and so did Poshmark that a refund was warranted. I apologize for all this as it was completely negligence on the carriers part.
