bnc_style Hello! I’m honestly so sorry about the bag I looked it all over and didn’t recall it having pieces falling off?! If it did I absolutely wouldn’t have sold it or I would of put pics up, my apologies. If you would like your money back just return it and I’ll refund you.

renner_taylor @bnc_style I tried to Google ways to fix it. I'm worried about the next couple of bags I have coming as well, I think it got over heated during the shipment. I have it packed in the packaging because it's so bad I cant even touch it. I thought hanging it for a day or putting it in front of the a/c would help but I've read once they start to peel apart there's no stopping it.. is there anyway to send you photos?

bnc_style @renner_taylor I get understand that and absolutely hate that you revcieved waaaay different than I sent it, I’m working with poshmark right now to get you refunded! You don’t even have to send it back...I hate that it wasn’t up to par because it was such an adorable purse! I’m waiting on an email back from them and will let you know further details of what they say, once again my deepest apologies and this heat is no joke where I’m at lol, hopefully your other items show up in great shape 😁

renner_taylor @bnc_style I absolutely fell in love with that purse too. I think it was the heat for sure.. I'm so deeply sorry and I can send it back to you as soon as I return home. I'm constantly in and out of the hospital (expecting a child, having complications) I apologize.

renner_taylor @bnc_style I'm going to try and see if there's anything online on how to repair it. Because I dont want to just throw it away. I showed my mom today and the straps were starting to do it I dont know how the weather is there hun. But here its 80s in Maine.
