I am very sorry you were not happy with your purchase. It would help if you would explain what was wrong with your purchase. You always have an option to return the itme if it is not what you expected. I am just curious on what was " OTHER" reason for your rating. I wish I would of been able to fix it for you instead you left a poor rating.

@temipius22 You have 3 days to open the case. If you explain what's wrong with an item. Usually sellers ( I have only experienced once ) will ether except the return or let you keep it and refund your money depending on the item value ofcourse. These jeans were $7 ( I made $4 ) I would of just let you keep it and refund you the money instead of making you to return it. Again I am truly sorry you were not happy with your purchase.

@nelku I am sorry you are such a nice person I have bought stuff and that I complained about and the sellersnever reached out to me. I am sorry wish I can change that now. is there anything I can do to help I know I can't change that right now. I am so sorry if I can I would go change it. you are so sincere and kind heart pls I am so sorry I never knew I could file a case I just buy and when I am not satisfied I give it to my nieces.

@temipius22 I truly appreciate you doing it. It matters to me to know everyone who buys from me are happy with their purchases. If not I want to make it right. We can not always agree on item condition. Seller will most likely say their item is in perfect or excellent condition and buyer disagrees. No hard feelings here. I was just following up with your rating to see what I personally can and/or need to do better in the future.

I feel the exact same way as @nelku about the sperry shoes that you purchased for $8 and I made $5. You gave a rating of 1 for ship time which I am not sure was a fair rating. Please consider reaching out to resolve any issues prior to giving out poor ratings to your fellow posh friends on any future purchases. Most of us will try everything possible to resolve any problems with you. Thank you😘
