I only just saw this comment now and I'm regretting that I just sent a complaint to Poshmark staff, without first checking if I had any messages from you. I will make sure to take care of that and let them know there was no bad intent!! I've been ripped-off online before, and since this was my first time trying Poshmark I feared the same thing had happened. Thanks for taking the time to send the message, it was a big relief.

tera987654321 Also, I did remove the item from its packaging (sorry!), but as soon as I saw it was wrong I took a couple pictures and put it right back-- so it wasn't used or anything and is still intact for mailing purposes. Again, sorry I rushed to conclusions!! I'll stay in contact, let me know what to do. Hope this all works out!
