Hi Teresa, This is very frustrating! I see your offers & want to accept however the app is not allowing me to offer you the 4.99 shipping or for me to give you an $8 price to cover it. It seems that after an offer expires you can't remake that offer to the same buyer for 90 days. I want to honor that first offer I gave you but it won't let me. So I propose you can either try to offer me $8 & see if that goes through( that will be the same as $10 and $4.99 shipping)or I will accept the $10 after
