banditcat @marytartin well it’s purrrrrrfectly delightful yo have you on the Poshmark platform. The tricky thing about comments is that they can actually originate from 3 very different location. Here, in your main profile comments section. But, also from the item post area AND the much harder to navigate “bundle” process.

banditcat @marytartin Well, you just feel message anytime & ask questions. As you’re buying things, star-rating is important. You must open a “case” to address flaws, retires or other issues BEFORE ratings are given. Once an item is rated, there is zero the seller can do to help. It’s perfectly fine to message sellers for help with any part of the sales process
