If it provides piece of mind I can send you a photo of another tag or many tags from Hugo Boss suits or trousers to show that the part of the tag missing is just dry cleaning info. And there are 2 tags. If you look on the back of the second tag, you will see the origin information and import info with the Hugo Boss name. Please also check the buttons and waist band detail.

It was worn by a man who was a size large and it fit him fine.
