I don’t think a 4 star rating was fair. I didn’t see any scuffs, these shoes were maybe worn twice and are in excellent condition, perhaps it happened during shipment, USPS can be rough with packages throwing them around. All you need to do is buff it with some baby oil perhaps, I’m sure they will disappear, there were no scuffs when sent as you can see from the pictures, these were immaculate and an extremely good deal
