peony_envy Hi Teryl, I am so sorry that the work shoes that you ordered fell apart. I am happy to refund your money and your shipping cost. If you look in the place where you “accept” and leave the ratings I believe it’s on that page that you can start a “problem inquiry” and I would just say that “they fell apart.” more on next...

peony_envy It is not my intention to sell something that isn’t fully functional. They were brand new. I’ve never worn them, but clearly they’ve been sitting around too long, and sometimes as things age the plastic literally disintegrates. I have only had them maybe five years, but I don’t know how long the manufacturer had them before they sold them to me. Again, I am terribly sorry for the inconvenience.

coralchelle @peony_envy hey there- thank you so much for refunding. i started the process with poshmark. i don’t think it was intentional at all. sometimes they dry rot or something. it’s disappointing because they fit great and were very comfortable- at least for a few minutes. I put them on to run an errand to see how they felt before committing to wear them to work and the bottoms fell off both shoes:-( I will adjust the rating so it doesn’t reflect poorly.
