Hi! I just wanted to touch base about your package (Kneesaa). I mailed it last Tues (9/3) after the holiday weekend. It must have gotten waylaid somewhere because I got in touch with PM towards the end of the week to let them know it still wasn't tracking.

Last night I opened a missing package claim online with the USPS and apparently they found it somewhere because it started tracking this morning! I am not sure what caused the delay, but it appears as though it should be out for delivery today. Hooray! Best ~ Kari
