@ly89 Looks like you purchased on the 13th I contacted you to let you know I planned to mail the 14th. Let’s say it didn’t get out till he 15th , If you note my ship time on my profile it’s 3 days. Poshmark then allows 5-7 ? Days to be mailed to buyers Could you explain your rating as to need ship time improvement ?Doesn’t seem to line up with Posh policy If postal service is slow Poshmark and sellers are not responsible .

I am sorry you have not received your items, but if you look at the shipping updates it shows that I put them in the mail immediately & were marked as delivered. It appears the mail lost your items & that it not my fault.
I know you are frustrated but I would like to ask you to please change your rating for me. I don’t deserve a 1 star when I sent the items when I was supposed to.

@ly89 I can understand that, but the rating is only hurting me, and I did everything I was supposed to 😔 I sent them on time and the shipping information proves they were in transit. It doesn’t seem right for me to get a 1 star.
I suggest contacting your post office too. They are the ones that claim your packages were delivered to your mailbox. They were all in bright purple packages, hard to miss.

I'm not sure how this part works. I Kno they sent you a prepaid shipping label to return the ones I accidentally mailed.. I will cover shipping on the ones you originally wanted but since they approved the case.. will I still receive the money for the jeans your originally paid for when I ship them or will u be reimbursed and will we have to redo the entire order?

Beware this buyer will try to cancel your item after purchase and once item arrives they will open a bogus case about “damage” that was already displayed in pics just to attempt to get their money back.
