@solo169 you click the plus sign on the item to add it to a bundle in the bundle it lets you message the seller.

@solo169 yes that’s where you can message the seller. The plus sign is on the item itself when your looking through the sellers closet. Each item has a plus sign in a bag. That’s how u add items to a bundle.

@samira88anza Hello luv, If you dont mind me asking you another question, if you make a offer a price and they except, as soon as you receive the items, do they automatically receive the money or you have to let them know first you received the item b4 the money is released to them...

@solo169 you have to accept and rate the item. Poshmark gives you 3 days to do that after getting the item. if you don’t accept or rate in 3 days then poshmark releases the payment to the seller.

@samira88anza Thanks alot, you been helpful. I just so happen one day was doing a search on some clothing and poshmark popped up, I never even heard about it b4 and I shop a lot. lol but I go on to check out some things and thought it was something like ebay but its a little different from ebay, my main issue with checking out something on here, is if you was to ask a seller a question, they never get back to you.

@solo169 really? Im suprised. As a seller im always making sure to reach back with people and help others on this platform. Ive had a few times where people dint respond but not alot. But yeah its different from ebay.

@samira88anza I never thought about it not being active. I thought most people would be happy to make some money especially when someone is spending a few hundred everytime they buy. Also I notice out of the few times I did make an offer and the seller accepted, they never posted it was being shipped, so after 8 days I decided to cancel and 2 days later after that, then it was delivered to my mailbox, so a total of 10 days, I was like why didnt they let me know it was being shipped.

@samira88anza My last offer I was spending a little close to $400 & the person never even responded, it's crazy. Anyway dont want to talk you to death about this stuff, I was just curious to what being on these peoples minds. Lol

@solo169 lol yrah thats crazy. When stuff like that happens you can contact poshmark from the order and make a case. Some accounts are inactivve but are still on here. Not sure why. They should be deleted. But if someone is not marking shipped that is cause for a case. Especially if you are spending that much. Did you message the buyer and get no response in those instances?

@samira88anza I did contact support to ask why are is poshmark asking for that information when I bought from them before and they never asked and they emailed me again saying it's for my protection and asking me to provide a drivers license or Passport once again, so messaged them once again telling them they never answered my question on why now, when I made a few purchases without the extra information they are asking for, they ignored that question and said it's for my protection.

@samira88anza They replied back but never actually answering my question, they basically said they wanted to make sure the actual card holder purchased those items as if somebody could be using a stolen card to purchase the items, which is nonsense because they approved other items I bought. My question to them is why would they allow me to purchase other items before and not say anything but they never answered me...

@samira88anza I know, when I went to buy something on this profile, it says I have to verify identity with a license or Passport first b4 buying anything and b4 that I bought about 7 different items with no problems, so I didnt understand why they wanted a picture of my license but that last order I made they didnt stop it and they even contacted me to let me know they contacted the seller to remind him/her about shipping my items, so I was confused.

@samira88anza they didnt let me order again, I even contact my credit and debit card to make sure everything was straight, everything checked out, so the only thing I figured was probably was the amount I was spending but it wasnt that much money, it was only $466, anyway, I said f..k it

@solo169 you go to feed and there should be a person icon with a magnifying glass and you click that and enter @name of persons closet. Then click the persons closet and shop.

@samira88anza Hey I'm still waiting on my things to be delivered because it's been 12 days, so I go on their profile page to check whats up with my shipment and on their profile page, its nothing there at all and they had about 200 things listed when I bought my things, so I'm wondering what happened, do you have any ideas? Their page is blank with no listing at all...

@solo169 yeah still not sure about that part if needed you mught have to verify but if you purchased something and its been 12 days and they cleared out their closet that seems like a scam. Which is stupid on their part because money wont clear till you accept order. So create a case or request a refund. Which you can do after 10-12 days.
