hey good morning I can't believe this "priority mail" package has taken 2 weeks to get to you its such a shame i apologize for the inconvenience the USPS has been absolutely terrible this month. I also see your new purchase hasn't moved since I dropped it off its so upsetting for this to be happening during the holidays its not a reflection on me. hope all is well please lmk if there's anything I can do for you. @willvill1211 While I appreciate the apology, it is unnecessary, as you hand over control to the usps, you place trust in them that they will do as promised. They have not, which is not your fault. But I wish you and yours a very happy holiday.
