I just read the email.I had sent out about 8 packages that day.I have a 3 year old that was trying to help organize all my shipments.I probably sent yours to the wrong person. In the tracking I see you are the only one to receive a package as of yet so I'll see within the next couple of days where the mix up occurred. I'm praying that honesty will prevail and I'll be able to fix the mix up with Poshmarks help. I'm so upset. And I'm very sorry. Can you tell me what I sent you?

@tinadup oh my gosh, that was an order from a woman in California. I mixed up your packages. Like I said I had a bunch of packages i sent out that day and my daughter, she's 3, was messing with everything. So unfortunately the other buyer is gonna receive your package. She hasn't gotten it yet so I'm hoping that Poshmark will email a shipping label to both of you ladies so if you can send eachother your correct items. I'm very sorry. I'm praying that Poshmark can help straighten this out.

@tinadup Poshmark will email you a shipping label with my address so you can send it back and they will refund your money. They will do the same for the woman in California that I sent your package too. When I get your makeup back I can repost it along with a nice gift if you choose to purchase it again. Hopefully the Cali Buyer will be a good honest person and return the items. I'm gonna send her a message now to let her know i sent her the wrong package.

Oh i definiteltly want the makeup again please!!! Having been talking about it nonstop. Am just really getting into MAC cosmetics. Worn a little before but am now obsessed with it. Im gonna ask her to open a case this way Poshmark will have to take action and email out labels. Monica is excited about her Concealer. I'm gonna send her your name as well this way we can all be in touch and take care of this. I've sent Poshmark several notices and haven't heard a peep yet.

Hi I heard your having a problem with the shipping label Poshmark sent to you?She got your label and sent your makeup out to you.What kind of problem are you running into?You gotta print out the label, cut it out and wrap up the concealer.Bring it to the post office with tape.The post master will show you the envelope to use for the 3day shipping.Put the makeup in the envelope and tape Monica's shipping label on it.The post master will weigh it and give you the receipt everything free of charge.

Hi i just contacted monica. I am very sorry but i have been unable to get to the postoffice or mail anything.i dont drive because i have seziures. I had one a couple of days ago. I asked my boyfriend to mail package on his lunch break. He was unable to but his boss said she would mail it for me tomorrow. I am sorry for the delay.

@tinadup hey I can understand not having a car, I don't have one myself. It's very frustrating. You live in Louisiana? My brother was stationed at Ft Polk for a couple of years, I know that place was far from alot. Now he stationed in Hawaii after being in Afghanistan. So happy for him! I'm gonna make sure I take EXTRA steps as to not mix up packages again. Did you get your makeup? I can get another Miss Piggy eyeshadow. I wanted to know what you thought of it..thankyou :-)

@pandalanda hi . I am glad to hear your brother is doing well. My father is retired Navy. My prayers go out to everyone safely coming home. My problems with the last package were i dont have a way to print out anything at my home. I had to get someone to do it for me. Also it is deficult for me to get places. My only ride places has an anxirty disorder just like i do. I have seziures and do not drive. When i get my boyfriends boss to do things for me its done around their work schedule.
