poshpoosh Hi Tina. I keep looking to see what the tracking updates on your VS package is and it’s just saying shipped. I mailed this 1/24/22. First thing in the morning. I just messages posh customer service team to find out what’s going on. I just wanted you to know I’m concerned this was lost in the mail or something. I promise you this was mailed first available pickup after you purchased. I’ll try to find out more and message you again.

poshpoosh I reached out to Customer Service twox And I just now received an email that the item started tracking. Not sure what happen there. I just want you to know that this was mailed out the very next day probably not even 12 hours later and it probably was missed placed by the Postal Service until they updated their system sorry for any delay but this is completely out of my hands I take pride in shipping very quickly. Have a great weekend please let me know when you receive the item

poshpoosh I recvd another email that is stating the package needs to be shipped out. I mailed this 1-24-22 So it’s lost in the mail. I have never had this happen with posh before so I really don’t know how to navigate. I’m very sorry for the inconvenience but this is out of my hands. I’ll let you know if the usps finds the package. Again very sorry.

poshpoosh So I’m at the post office now and they said they are showing that the package was delivered on Friday and then it was sent out again back to Orlando. If I have an email u want to share I can forward you the USPS proof of delivery

poshpoosh If you want to give me your email I can give you the tracking number and you can take that # to your local post office and they can tell you the history of tracking. The package was delivered to 116 timber ridge dr Brunswick GA on 1/28, scanned as delivered

poshpoosh so we have progress. I recvd an email from Posh they figured out that my previous sale was also for a VS item & that is where the GA address came in. They didn’t look to see what specific VS item you bought so they saw VS and sent it to Brunswick Georgia. They issued that buyer a label to return the item since there’s proof it went to that address once it’s received either back to me I will forward it to you or it might go to you directly hope this helps
