amyb81572 Hi Toerin. You purchased a Garnet Hill sweater from me and I see you had to pay additional postage. I have no idea why you had to but I am really sorry. I reached out to Poshmark about it and they messaged me back stating that if you contact them, they will reimburse you the extra postage. If you do, please let me know what happened. Again, I am sorry.

toerin @amyb81572 Hi! I have to have a receipt in order to get a credit. They did not actually offer me a refund. My neighbor paid the postage due and has not been able to find the receipt. I am just not going to worry about it. I felt so bad giving you a low rating. I am just frustrated about it. Poshmark said something about it possibly being the wrong type of packaging. I know it was just a mistake. But, I lost a little confidence in Poshmark. I do love the sweater. Thanks for reaching out.
