krystalm1912 You package was mailed yesterday they dropped it off at my house today saying I need to have a 7lb label on there... I will take care of this tomorrow afternoon when I’m finished with work. No idea what the 7lb label is.

krystalm1912 @bluebird67 this is what I got from their support team “We apologize for any inconvenience. Since the order has already been marked as delivered by USPS, could you please confirm if you would like to move forward with a cancellation and have your buyer repurchase? You will then be able to generate the proper weight label for your sale. I let them know I am unable to print the new label:/ so we might have to cancel it and start over again? Is that okay?
