I’m so sorry about the charm. I ran out of jewelry boxes so I put it inside a Kendra Scott bag. Then I put it in a US Postal box. It was fine when I shipped it at the post office. I’m not sure how PM handles a situation like this. Please let me know what you hear back.

@keiladtolbert thank you for responding, but I should not be charged for this. The post office is responsible for damaging box so bad that items can fall out, but the box truly looked like someone deliberately opened a corner to squeeze bag out and put bag back in. I hate dishonesty and thieves 😬
