beautydeals2022 @tonyacooke I’ve nesssged you a few times. I have 330 sales with all 5 stars. No one has ever rated anything less than a 5. You bought this purse as a cigarette smoke damaged item. You saw the purse live on video showing every inch of it. It makes no sense to rate it a 4. That’s why I’ve nesssged you a few times. That rating button can be tricky.. you probably did not realize you put a 4 and meant to put a 5. I am hoping you will respond soon. It can be corrected and changed to a 5.
