mbeltran1992 Thanks for purchasing the burgundy top. I tried to ship it out on Saturday but I live in the IL area and got about 8+ in of snow🙁, and I couldn’t. I forgot the post office is closed today, but I will ship them out first thing tomorrow. Sorry for the delay, I usually ship that same day or the next day, but this time I couldn’t.

meganoh7 I just received your updated rating from 5 starts to 1 star. You said the clasp is missing from the shirt. When I shipped the item, the coast was attached. I also document numerous photos of each item while I package it before shipment, and when I referenced these photos the clasp was clearly attached. It sounds like you may have broken the clasp on your own after I sent the item.

toriporter798 @meganoh7 no I don't think so. I gave you a 5 start after I opened the box because at first glance the shirt looked good. Then this morning before I put the shirt on I needed to undo the clasps to make sure I didn't rip anything, this is when I realized the first clasp was completely ripped off. There is no way the clasp was ripped off by me before I even put the shirt on...

meganoh7 @toriporter798 Thanks for the update. I'm sorry you're not happy with the top. I have photos zoomed in on the intact clasp, but cant fully see the second clasp. I strive to provide quality service and go over each item thoroughly during posting and again when shipping. I feel awful if this were an overlooked flaw. I would like to make this right, so please feel free to open a return if you'd like, or I can offer free shipping on your next purchase if you choose to shop with me again.
