mypinkrooster Hi Tracey, I need to speak with you about your order, first thanks again for your purchase. I noticed with tracking you should get it tomorrow. I had a little problem the "European Open Heart Charm Bead" is out of stock and I will be sending you a refund for that charm. I did replace it for you, hopefully you will like the one I sent free of charge. I really don't know how to do a refund on one item out of a bundle. I have a message to get advice from the support.
