Please know that was a courtesy from me since Poshmark’s policy is a buyer is only able to cancel within three hours of purchase as this causes a significant inconvenience to sellers. I’ve now lost originally interested buyers since I’m now required to re-list the item as a new listing.

atouchofhoney @dreagamb greetings… I did not wish to cancel I am requesting a refund and to return the item. You listed that the shoes were a size 8 when they are actually a 10.5 … what am I to do with shoes that a 2.5 sizes too big. If the shoes were the correct size I would be happy with my purchase as I was with the other pair of size 8 shoes that were truly a size 8. The shoes were clearly misrepresented. An 8 is not the same as a 10.5 .

poshkimluxury @atouchofhoney well poshmark don't take people serious when they only ask for money back and do not want to return the item. it's like stealing, I am not saying that's what you mean to do, but I will see it like that, and they will think the same way, too. it may be a size ten, but the shoe runs small. they sent you a message, and you never responded back. this exact thing has happened to me before, and the person was removed from poshmark.
