sinishops Hello! I hope you are doing well! You bought a pair of shorts from me. The parcel is held now for pick up, they weren’t able to deliver it to your address because it was a PO Box address. You can find the contact information for Purolator under the tracking number associated with your order (and find out where to pick it up). sinishops @trendt7 Ok, sounds good then. I went to Purolator today for another thing and while I was there I asked what are the next steps with your parcel since they weren’t able to deliver it. They told me that either one of us need to contact them. But it sounds like you know the steps for this already. 😊

sinishops @trendt7 Poshmark changed the shipping a little bit a week ago bringing Purolator as one of the options. You can now choose to ship through Canada Post (which delivers to PO Boxes) or Purolator (which delivers to your home address or you can pick up from their pick-up location. Default is shipping through Purolator to your home address. When you order, Poshmark should give an option which way to ship, the options should come before you pay for your order. Sorry about the confusion.
