usnthm2010 @jeannettzuniga I have a quick question just so that I can understand because I’m new to this. If somebody is selling some thing and they were due surprise three times and they send you an offer how do I find out what the payment would be for that offer

jeannettzuniga @usnthm2010 usually the way I check any offers sent, is to continue to “purchase”. It’ll show a new page showing the total price of the item, the sales tax, Poshmark fee, and at the bottom it’ll show the source of payment you are paying from with the total amount bolded black numbers. Then you can just confirm or go back & decline the offer.

usnthm2010 @jeannettzuniga When a seller counter offers to a lower offer and I click on to except it has the price there but how do I know my payment options

jeannettzuniga @usnthm2010 you have to go to your own profile, where it says “payment methods”, that’s where you can add your source of payment. Once you do that, then it’ll show up on offerings & buying, your primary source of payment.

usnthm2010 @jeannettzuniga I just had someone except my offer but I’ve tried four times to submit the payment to do the monthly payments and it keeps telling me there’s something wrong I don’t know how to notify the person that excepted my offer to let them know I’m trying to do that

jeannettzuniga @usnthm2010 maybe there might be a glitch when doing the “monthly payments”.. I’m not sure how else to fix it unless contacting Poshmark Support!

usnthm2010 @jeannettzuniga When I click on her name there is no shopping cart there is no comment area there’s no place to sign anything it takes me directly to her boutique

jeannettzuniga @usnthm2010 if you bought an item through her boutique, she is automatically informed that your payment hasn’t gone through. The only way she can ship out your order is until the payment is successful. I’m not sure how else to fix it unless you contact the Poshmark Support Center.

usnthm2010 I was really excited about using this program but I’ve had nothing but trouble. Somebody made an offer I excepted an offer etc. and I’ve tried every single thing to set up the payments and nothing works who do I contact or how do I get in touch with anybody so that I can figure this out. When I set it up to do the payments it doesn’t allow me to use the same credit card? It’s very frustrating I’ve tried about 10 different times and I’m not able to make any purchases
