missy3636 Hi, the ring is 14 k gold. I tried to get a photo of it, but I need a loop to be able to get a good look at it. I hope that helps. Thank you for your interest and I will see if I can take a pic with a jewelers loop.

missy3636 Hi, I was just at the Post Office and they said give it 2 more days and if by chance it didn't get scanned it could have been mailed anyway. If you don't receive it in 2 days, I will cancel the order and you will get a full refund. I'm sorry it had to go so off course, I did everything right!? I will check with you in 2 days and you didn't receive I will go ahead and cancel the order and give you a refund. Thanks

missy3636 Hi, I guess they found the package after I went to the Post Office, miraculously it has been scanned and on its way. I was truthful and did mail your ring out on the 21st. I truly hope you are happy with the ring after all of this. It is a pretty ring, though not sure it was worth all the drama. Thank you for your patience in this matter, Michelle

missy3636 @promdress9 Hi, the package was marked shipped and I still can't track it. Do you want a refund now? I have no idea what is going on with it, but I believe they lost it. Let me know what you want to do, I'm filling a claim with the post office on Monday. Very Sport that this took place, I did my part and I feel awful that you haven't gotten your right by now.
