This is Sean and you had 3 orders with me that I shipped a couple days ago. It appears one of the orders was never scanned by the post office and may be lost. They are sending me to the downtown office to see if it might be there. I think you received the other two orders today. Anyway I’m trying to find out about the one that may be missing. If I can find it I will get it to you ASAP. Looks like you live about 10 minutes from me so I can just drop it on your porch if I find it

Trevor there is also a chance I applied the wrong label and it went to someone else. I that is the case Posh will get it sent back. I mailed 15 packages that day and may have mixed one up. Anyway I will get to the bottom of it and make it right. Sorry for inconvenience

I just went the Post Office Hub downtown. Long story short it appears the package is lost. I have informed Posh and instructed them to give you full refund from my account. I do sorry this happened and in the event I do get the package back I will let you know. I hope you enjoy the other items you purchased.
