catcatcity Hi, Rhonda! The mail just returned your package to me with a label that says return to sender Attempted not known and unable to forward. I’m not exactly sure what happened because the status of the order says delivered. You may want to check your address is correct in the settings and if you were charged you will need to open an inquiry with Poshmark. If you have any questions or need help I’ll be happy to figure it out with you. I feel awful you didn’t receive the jeans. 😬Truly sorry, Laura

catcatcity Hi again! I received an e-mail from Poshmark regarding your package. There are two options: you can check to make sure the address is correct and I can send it again, or if you would like a refund I can have Poshmark issue one. Let me know. 😻

catcatcity Hi! I received an email from Poshmark that your order was canceled and your money finally refunded. I thought this had resolved months ago, but it appears it had not. I’m sorry for any inconvenience all of this may have caused. Poshmark is usually a wonderful buying platform and it’s unfortunate when the mail can’t be delivered. 💔

catcatcity @krakowskironda hi! They only send me a generic message saying the buyer is refunded. I think the best thing you can do is reach out to poshmark support again and have them look into it. Feel free to screen cap these messages and show them so they know it’s been an ongoing issue. I’ll try and go through my messages and see if I can reach out them as well. This defiantly should not have happened.
