sixboroughs Saw you got the shoes and your rating. The heel is not damaged. I have no idea what you are talking about. They are flats anyway so there are no heels. Secondly they are not stained... they were worn less than 4 times. 3 stars is a low blow.

trynabokor @sixboroughs I up’d the rating by one more star but they are damaged. I don’t know how but that is how they arrived. The right foot - outside back edge of the heel portion as in the back of the shoe - not a heel in high heels - is two-tone stained with a couple of scratch marks in the leather

sixboroughs @trynabokor you accepted the item. If you didn’t want them you didn’t have to accept. So the item is yours. They never said they were new; the pictures posted are the same as when shipped. I have not worn these in two years. They have been on a shoe rack. These were shoes that were over $120 originally and you pain next to nothing for these. If you feel like they can be in better shape then I’m sure polish will help.

trynabokor @sixboroughs sorry this is upsetting but there are only two pics and there is no pictures from the back - as I said I up’d the rating but cant give 5 as they are noticeably damaged and should have been included in the description. Best of luck for your other items on sale.

sixboroughs @trynabokor the second picture shows discolouration on the right heel. You can see the two tones. I did show it in the picture, it wasn’t as if I showed the left shoe instead of the right. It is in the back and not as noticeable as you would think while walking. It’s on the edge from the bottom to the back. As I mentioned you received shoes over $120 plus tax for next to nothing. And they were worn 5 times. Best of luck to you as well.
