yamiharold Hi thank you for your purchase. Im not sure if you are familiar with pandora but what you can do is take it to any store and they will clean it for you. This is something that you have to do often because they get dirty very quickly.if you have questions please feel free to write back. Enjoy your bracelet

rocio_liz09 @yamiharold hi yes I’m very familiar I have a huge collection new and used and when a take to pandora they said is very hard to Clean the old ones I ready clean this one by my self and tomorrow I going to take it to pandora but thanks is very beautiful I don’t said in bad way 😬 I love the bracelet 💙
