tundeis1968 @chelsey_cummins I own several Brahmin bags.They all come with clasps on the shoulder straps.The one you sent is impossible to use.The clasps are missing.I don't like to give negative feedback, but I'm disappointed that I'm not able to use the bag on my shoulder.You say that my rating is unfair? You should understand my standpoint. I would send pictures for you to see what I'm talking about but I don't know how to do that yet. Do your own research please and don't get upset about it.

tundeis1968 I'm aware of that all sales are final on Poshmark, no returns. I am also aware that 3 days after I received the bag you got paid automatically. I don't appreciate your dishonest business practice. Not to mention your way of reacting to my comment. I should give you one star, just because I have received the bag.
