redislandretro Hey Twila, thanks for all the great Shares on my cds! Did you intentionally just share 45 of my listings? How do you share so many so quickly, is there some utility that I don’t know about? Or is it maybe just a glitch, because I have 2 others that share huge amounts of my cds every day… Don’t get me wrong, I love Shares, but I can’t keep up!!! LOL

twilamacdonald @redislandretro I spend. Lot of time each day doing shares. It’s needed to build relationships and to get everyone’s items in the feed. It’s so we can all share each others listings and get noticed. It’s a bit time consuming but you’ll get really fast at it.

redislandretro @twilamacdonald Thanks for the reply, I totally get the value of Shares, and I bulk self-share all my listings at least twice a day… It only takes minutes and keeps all my listings fresh in the search feeds… But as I said, I have 2 or 3 others that are sharing 50-60 of my items at a time, and I frankly don’t have time to reciprocate all that kindness… Just so you know I’m not ungrateful if I don’t share back the same amount of listings… More to come…

redislandretro @twilamacdonald I don’t have a bot, I just use the utility in the upper right corner of my page… It is available to all Posh Ambassadors, maybe you were unaware you have it too? But it only works to share your own items, but in my experience that is absolutely key to having your items noticed and I have generated some decent sales after only being on here 3 months… your items go right to the top of search results… It’s great!

redislandretro @twilamacdonald not familiar with ‘pastored’ but I do share from the Feed as well when I have time… And whenever I get notice of upcoming PM event, I go to all the Hosts closets and share 5 or 6 of their items right away… Then they visit your closet looking for Host Picks, that seems to generate a lot of traffic to my closet… Don’t get me wrong, not ungrateful, just not enough time every day to reciprocate… Cheers

I know it takes a lot of hard work to get noticed on here… I try and list at least a couple of new items every day… I signed up to do Live shows in case I want to start that, but it takes forever to get a following… I’d rather put my effort into listing and cross sharing and promoting my listings… Like you do! twilamacdonald @rooprais26 hello. There is fraud on here unfortunately. I was duped when I first joined Poshmark. I’d they are asking you to anything fat all off the Poshmark platform it’s fraud. Don’t give your personal email or send emails to anyone. Only go through the Poshmark platform. Don’t give any information. Don’t send any items to them personally. Don’t sell to anyone for the site. If you are unsure contact Poshmark support and let them know what the situation is and they will help you. Good luck!
