thediscountshoe @tylerbaird12 .... The Post Office usually try to deliver the package at least 2 times, and someone at the residence may have rejected the package each time before they declare the "Addressee Unknown." Do you reside at the address where the package is being sent?

thediscountshoe If not, you may have to claim the package at the PO with someone who can prove they reside at the address the package was delivered to. You or them will be required to show valid ID with the correct address. I don't want to resend the package and have the same thing (Addressee Unknown) happen.

tylerbaird12 @thediscountshoe yes I live in an apartment complex 4877 28th Ave S apt 102 Fargo nd 58104. And usually they place shipments in the first door of the building where we can just go grab them. I am going to try and contact the post office as well on Monday to see if they might have the package.

thediscountshoe @tylerbaird12 .... I'm quite sure the Post Office still has your package in their possession. If they did manage to drop the package off in the first door of the building where you live, tracking would have stated the package was delivered....

thediscountshoe They may have attempted to deliver the package at your apartment once, or twice, and no one was there to receive the package at the time of delivery....

tylerbaird12 @thediscountshoe it says twice now that the addressee was unknown. If you could just have the post office hold it in Fargo and I can go and pick it up from them that is fine. Just let me know which post office it is held at!

thediscountshoe @tylerbaird12 .... That only means the Post Office made 2 attempts to deliver your package at your apartment, and again, no one was there to receive the package. If no one is home when the mail carrier attempts delivery, that mail carrier should have left a notice on your door stating the item is at the Post Office. Apparently, you did not receive a notice for specific instructions regarding your package....

thediscountshoe @tylerbaird12 .... I also checked the tracking information, but there's no details stating the addressee as being unknown. The best thing I guess is to check with the Post Office first thing Monday morning to get a real-time status of the package.

thediscountshoe @tylerbaird12 ....I would trust the USPS tracking status information over Poshmark's tracking status information, especially since you (the buyer) and me (the seller) are receiving conflicting status information, regarding your package via Poshmark. I guess we'll just have to wait until Monday up to 8pm. I hope this issue is resolved by then. Keep me informed!

thediscountshoe @tylerbaird12 ..... I'm still getting conflicting information regarding your package delivery. Poshmark is stating that your package was delivered today (11/4/19), and according their policy you (the buyer has 3 full days from the time of delivery to inspect and accept the package. So your package should be wherever USPS normally drops off your packages, perhaps in the first door of the building where you live.

tylerbaird12 @thediscountshoe this is from usps “November 2, 2019 at “5:03 pm Return to Sender Processed FARGO, ND 58103 “ I’m guessing it will just get shipped back to you the seller, and so could you just double check the address that is on the package and ensure it is correct with mine. And if it is can you just have it sent and held at a post office in Fargo, ND.

Poshmark then e-mail your shipping (address) label to me, and according to Poshmark, the mailing address you registered is: 4877 28th Ave. - Apt 102 - Fargo, ND 58104 - 8454. ---- Now based on the address information you provided above, the zip codes are two different zip codes....

thediscountshoe @tylerbaird12 .... You will have to contact Poshmark to make sure they have the proper zip code so they can email me the proper shipping label so the package can be shipped out to your proper address. I cannot manually change your (emailed) shipping address label.

thediscountshoe @tylerbaird12 .... There seems to be conflicting zip codes, ie: "58104" (Poshmark) vs "48103" (your correct zip code), However, I will do everything I can to help you get your package in a timely manner!

tylerbaird12 @thediscountshoe my area code is 58104 and that is correct for Fargo ND. I am trying to contact my local post office to see what may be the issue. I am not concerned of when I get the shoes it is no problem to me. I will let you know when I find out more!

thediscountshoe @tylerbaird12 .... Just a quick note to let you know I received your (return) package today. Where you able to get any feedback from your local Post Office? Also, Poshmark needs to email me a renewed usable shipping label. Another option may be to use another shipping address nearest you.

tylerbaird12 @thediscountshoe I was unable to get any feedback from the post office, however I reregistered to this new address so it may take a couple of days to go through. But I think if you get a new label and send the package out in a couple days everything should be taken care of. It said 7-10 business days and I think I registered on Monday.

Just a quick note to inform you that I contacted Poshmark's Customer Service Department regarding your mailing address issue and requested a new (updated) shipping label on your behalf. They messaged me back stating that they're in the process of reviewing your address information, and they should respond back to me in less than 24 hours.

thediscountshoe @tylerbaird12 .... "GREAT NEWS!" I made contact with Poshmark on Wednesday (11/13/19), asking them to please step in and help us resolve this issue. They said they'd get back with me ASAP after reviewing this matter.... As a result, Poshmark sent me a new address label today on your behalf. That being said .... your package will be shipped out to you first thing Monday morning. Enjoy the rest of your weekend!

thediscountshoe @tylerbaird12 .... I noticed the (new) shipping label emailed to me by Poshmark on Saturday 11/16/19 has the same address information as the address label that was undeliverable by USPS for (Addressee Unknown), ie: 4877 28th Ave. S Apt 102 - Fargo, ND 58104-8454.

thediscountshoe @tylerbaird12 .... Hopefully, the package isn't returned back to me a second time for the same reason. You may want to contact your local Postal Branch Office nearest to you and instruct them to hold the package for pick-up by you. I.D and proof of address may be required during pick-up!
